This is just getting silly.
So there's the guy I recently dated, who will be known as D. And other guy, G.
So D breaks up with me, and gives me what seems like a legit reason. Then another person tells me there's some russian chick, then I think this other person is lying because of stuff he said. Then yet another friend tells me the same thing. So now I think the first friend that told me about the russian chick wasn't lying, but definitely twisted things around before he told me.
The first friend keeps bringing this up. Through myspace, in person. I told him I don't want to talk about D, because it's dragging this out more than it should and I'm just trying to focus on school and work. Finally, the other night I was sick, had a massive headache, falling asleep, and depressed and I get a myspace message talking about D. So I forward said message to D, and tell him I know he's having a hard time, but if he has time to talk to all my friends about things he can spare me a minute. I just want to hear it from him. Is that unreasonable, like to want to hear it from him? I mean, if he had time to talk to my friend (who wouldn't even tell me details, just that there wasn't another girl), why can't he say it to me? I'm tired of this he said, she said bullshit.
So enter G. G and I had a thing for each other over the summer, but didn't know it until I was dating D. So of course, G was out of the picture. So G was in town this weekend, but we didn't get to hang out at all, really. So I'm supposed to go see him at his school.
I'm really confused about how I feel about G. He's a really great guy, not to mention gorgeous... and I'm definitely attracted to him, but I don't know if there's anything there. And if I do like him, I don't know if it's because nothing ever happened and I'm curious, or if I just like him because I'm trying to not pay attention to other boy, or if it's because I sort of believe that D has another girl, so I want to move on too, or if I really do like him. I'm surprised that I'm so disappointed I didn't get to spend time with him this weekend. So... do I tell him all that before I go see him, or just take it easy and see how it goes, or do I just ignore this and stay home and forget about everything?
I really *really* just want to stay focused on school and stuff, which is easy enough, but I can't sit in class 24/7, and even with all the time spent on school and work, I can't keep myself distracted all the time, which gives me time to think about this. Did that make any sense? I should probably go to bed.

Re: This is just getting silly.
You should go to bed.
Why not try out something with G, it can't hurt anything. Sometimes curiousity can blossom.
D, forget him and move on. If he wants to say something, he will. If he doesn't, badgering won't accomplish anything. You're entitled to it, but that doesn't mean you'll get it.
Edit: Leave D out of G. D has no bearing on anything with G.

I just don't see the point in saying something to my friend, especially because it was apparently a good thing for me, which leaves me dying with curiousity.
And I guess I'm going to keep it as friends with G, because I think I realized I don't want anything more. With anybody. Sometimes I forget, just because I might be able to have it, doesn't mean I really want it. I'm not really sure if I know what I'm saying anymore, I think bed is a good idea.
