Default Being Protective/Being Secure

How do I act protective over my gf, without going over the line and causing her to push away from me?

How do I find that middle ground between being secure and being protective when her stories about "having so much fun" with her group of guy friends bothers me like it does?

My head is running in circles.

You need to provide more information. Examples perhaps.

For instance, this one time she was talking about her fun with R.

R is a friend of mine who loves to hit on and try to get with girls even though she/he has a boyfriend/girlfriend.

Anyway, she kept telling me how he was tickling her, how he kept "owning" her with silly string. And how she said it was the funnest time she has ever had at the park.

I didn't like that.

Yesterday she told me she was hanging out with these two guys C and D. C kept hugging her randomly and D kept insulting her.

She said it was getting annoying, yet I am tending to believe she is letting C hug her by the way she was speaking.

D makes me angry anyway.

So I don't know what to do.

I'd sit her down and talk to her about it. Let her know it bothers you, but don't be really angry about it.

Man, talk to the guys, tell them to fuck off.

How often do you think a girl makes that kind of friends?

Isolation ftw.

I don't know...I think it is inappropriate for a "taken" lady to have guys randomly hug her and tickle her. My husband would be really pissed off if I was acting that way with other guys and I would feel the same if he was acting like that with other women.
