Girls: Assess these behavioral traits please
Some things for the women to interpret, if you'd be so kind. Wondering if these are explainable, half-rational, women things, or just completely insane.
Things I've seen the woman I'm with do:
Shift her eyes to the right or left just before a kiss. Imagine doing it yourself and you'll get what I'm talking about.
Avoid eye contact with me clearly on purpose, ie I want her to notice I'm smiling at her, etc. but she just doens't.
Become very quiet in conversation at random times, to the point where I feel like I'm talking to a wall.
Laugh and have a good time with someone else, but immediately change gears when I talk to her (sometimes) in the form of taking no interest in what I'm doing, or acting like what I've said has no response.
Send me a txt, etc, saying she can't wait to see me and then nearly ignoring me when I get home.
Telling me she doesn't want to talk about "serious things" ie our relationship, her past relationship, and then bring it up and getting mad when I respond in course.
Snuggling up to me, then randomly pushing me away like she's uncomfortable being around me, then right back to snuggling.
Acting like all I want to do is badger her about, well, anything, and therefore being apprehensive to talk with me.
Telling me that she hated how her last relationship consisted of constant complaining from both people about their work/classes/etc and then lying ther bitching every night about the same stuff. Fine, except she will then get defensive when I suggest she just worries less or look forward to happy times.
Allowing me to take her out to dinner, but not thanking me without a prompt later on from me and acting, at times, like it was a chore for her to go out.
Not wanting me to get in her face about how she's doing or feeling, but then telling me I was ignoring her and making her feel bad by not doing these things.
I could think of more, but I realize this post is mostly a "Hey I'm here to bitch about my relationship" thread.
Women of totse, give me insight.

Sorry buddy, but it seems like she's just not that into it.
Either that, or she's an ungrateful cunt.

I already know that she is, despite her protest, extremely insecure and a bit immature to boot. She is terrified of being hurt.
I'm trying to decide whether these things are signs of commitment issues even though she really does like me as much as she says, OR... if she just gets guilty for using me. Meh.

Re: Girls: Assess these behavioral traits please
My ex did EVERY one of those things, I kid you not.
Turns out she was banging her cousin, making out with my best friend, and munching her best friends rug.
She also had a LOT of problems with herself, such as depression and the lot.
My advice; GTFO while you can.

Hahaha, same here actually.
But seriously, I have most of these same problems with girls. You basically just explained the stereotypical "girl." Says one thing then does the other (aka lying), not letting you know what she actually thinks when she is trying to tell you something, not wanting to talk about "serious" things and then getting pissed when you wont be serious, etc.
DISCLAIMER: IM NOT SEXIST, I'M SIMPLY TELLING IT HOW IT IS FROM MY EXPERIENCES.

She wants you to magically know how she's feeling or what she wants. I'm the same, it's pathetic!

Re: Girls: Assess these behavioral traits please
Guys are no different. You want what you can't have. And once you have it, you try to push it away.
And this is coming from a guy.
You're yourself admitting that when you do something, she wants/does the total opposite, and when she does the same thing, you give in.
Take the upper hand.
Avoid contact. Even if she does do something to grab your attention, look for a moment and get back to what you're doing.
Ignore her when she starts blabbing about shit.
Change tone of voice when talking to her after talking to someone else.
Come home late. Not 10 or 15 minutes late. I'm talking an hour or two. Make her wait.
Don't give in and start talking about what she wants to talk about.
Push her away when she gets intimate.
Don't give into what she wants. In a nutshell, make her miserable if she's making you miserable. Do this for a month or two. If she caves in and snaps, tell her that you're ready to leave if she's not ready to be more humble and appreciative. If she doesn't, dump her and move on.
Relationships based on games don't last. Plain and simple.

Wait, so you recommend playing a huge game with her, then your finish with "

Most of the traits is because you just don't interest her enough.

Re: Girls: Assess these behavioral traits please
It sounds like she's depressive. More fantasy and drama than reality and enjoyment. She's playing games; I suggest dumping her and telling her exactly why. It'll help both of you.

Heh, sounds Exactly like my ex. Exactly.
With her she was scared of commitment, and scared of being hurt.

They are. She sounds like my ex. Especially the snuggling up, then pushing away.
Basically, from my understanding, it's that she feels she's falling for you too hard, and that in doing so she gives you the power the totally break her heart. Most likely she's had her heart broken terribly in the past.
When you're sleeping with her, does she sometimes not want to be touched? Then when you go "meh, okay" and turn your back to her, does instantly come to you, being even more affectionate than you were being?
It's just a bunch of fucked up mindgames as well.
But yeah, she probably really likes you, and is doing everything in her power to make her self like you less, while still staying with you.
