It is very real! My ex could do it, normally about a pint in total (and damn that's alot). It smells a bit weird afterwards (one the bedsheets/matress etc. But at the time it just feels like warm water, and its weirdly a turn-on (seeing her have massive pleasure I guess).

By the way squirting is different from normal orgasms. Squirting (in my experience) usually involves stimulation of the clit, the g-spot, and usually her nipples as well. MY understanding is that every female is capable, but many are unaware/unpracticed/nervous/believe it's a myth/etc. But it's %100 real. Google it and you'll find pages and pages of info.
