I am seeing a girl who is is really short. She is about 5 Foot 1 or 1.5 metres.

She used to weigh 13 stone or 182 lbs or 82.5 kilos

Now she weighs about 8 1/2 stone or 120 lbs or 54 kilos.

I was talking to her just now and she is skipping aerobics to go and see her friends, drink tea and gossip. Now she is talking about stopping aerobics to do a cookery class.

What I need to say is 'Go to aerobics you fat bitch' but how do I phrase it?

"Go to Aerobics you fat bitch! I'm too afraid someone I know will see you with me one day, and I don't want them to think I'm porking a FATTY!"

That's how I'd say it.

How far is it to the Aerobics classes?

Is the weather okay for her to walk that far?

Did she gain back the 1/2 stone?
