There's something about the seasons for sure.
With the Australian summer right around the corner, suddenly things are looking up!
I met a girl at a pub the other night, she was fun, interesting, somehow slightly vulnerable but with an incredible sense of dignity and power.
We danced, we kissed, we found a bed and made love. She hugged me for warmth and I gave her my jacket for the cold.
I couldn't read her like a book, and that's the biggest turnon ever.
Come to think of it I see a lot of myself in her.
She said she'd be at my local pub tommorow night. Even though I'd asked for her number I've not rang her. I thought since we'd be seeing eachother in a few days that was an ok sense of distance.
Although, maybe she was just in it for the sex! I certainly came onto her, but she put up no resistance..
For some reason my country upbringing comes to mind and I remember lessons about snakes, "don't worry, boy, they're probably more afraid of you than you are of them."
I think I'll greet her with a hug, kiss on the cheek (or on the lips omg?!), then ask her to sit with me...
I don't really know what the point of this thread is.
Advice perhaps. Tales of blossoming summer love? the human mating season? meeting someone that 'seems different' to the others and the sneaking suspicion that my balls and the sun are conspiring to create babies?
