Bored of my relationship?
Hey all!
I've come, yet again, for some little help or advice.
You see, I'm sure most of you have experienced this before... I currently feel bored. Bored my life, and bored of my relationship. But let me give you some background info first.
I've been together with this girl for nearly 7 months and love her more than anything - she is my first real love. We are both happy and satisfied (mentally + sexually) with eachother but it's getting to the point where I find myself bored of my "routine"...
I am in 11th Grade and I've always taken school seriously. The town I live in is quite small (Tallinn, Estonia) and I just feel like there is nothing to do although we go to the same school and live in the same town! The current routine is just going to school, coming back, doing hw, going out with friends or gf and then coming back home. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with my social life and overall I'm feeling good but I'm tired of it... Even my relationship with her is always the same. But I feel like I can't do anything about it.
Maybe it's just phase I'm going through, at least I hope it is! But I just don't know how to spice things up a little so that my life isn't so damn monotonous
Help me Totse, I'm finding myself falling apart and I don't want to get depressed!
Thanks in advance

Re: Bored of my relationship?
When I feel like my life is getting monotonous I take a trip. It doesn't have to be huge and expensive, but just getting away from your everyday surroundings for a while can be really refreshing.

Re: Bored of my relationship?
Maybe it's not the relationship that's boring, maybe you need a hobby like the other guy said.
Rock climbing, golf, bowling, movie nights, dancing at a teen club, hikes, poker nights, gaming nights, or perhaps try spicing up your intimate relationship.
OR, start playing an online game with her, if you become addicted, you'll never be bored again.
Try: World of Warcraft, Maple Story, Runescape, Ragnarok Online, Guild Wars, etc

Re: Bored of my relationship?
I felt the same way when my relationship was at about 7-8 months
I was considering ending it but then it got interesting again
I would stick through it if you still like her

Re: Bored of my relationship?
You are so fucking lucky that its only that bad buddy. I have lived in a world of black and white, of on and off. Everything was the same, like a fucking machine pumping out its latest product about to be consumed by the general public. I could sit and stare at tomorrow and the next day. I knew every move coming. I could see the plans, like maintenance on the line. I woke, I slept, I woke, and I slept. Isn't this the same ad that was on a secoond ago, are they repeating? I've already done this. I'm living yesterday. No I'm living tomorrow. I lost sense of time. I've heard this line of dialouge. I could finish it for you if you'd like.
Then, after a while, things grew back to normal. The colours came back, I became aware of a difference in the world. I felt happy again for the first time in 6 months.
I have depression and this is what my life falls into if I don't keep busy and do random things everyday. I Have to take trips and break the cycle or I fall back into that state. No I'm not fucking emo, I hate emo kids. I'm actually diagnosed with depression and a few other things. Emo kids are fucking losers who want attention and show you how they "slashed" their wrists. People with actual depression don't like the fact that their depressed and hide it.
You probably don't have depression and all you have to do is get a hobby, break your routine, and go for a trip. Your girlfriend probably has nothing to do with it. So go out and have some fun. Don't keep doing the same thing over and over. I'm serious though, it's all about mixing it up.
