What an interesting night...
Well for the past three months since I broke up with my girlfriend I stopped working out and have been being really lazy. Well tonight my brother got back from Iraq and we went to a bar with a few friends. Well I drank a little and about an hr there these girls I thought I recognized were slightly drunk and one started dancing with my friend. Well the other one came over started talking to me saying I remember you from blah blah etc etc and kept talking to me.. She looked alot different than before but hotter in that punk/emo way which I kinda dig. Well I start jonesin for her but im a pussy and I'm discussing with my friend, well she comes back over and I go hey (Jessie) how about you we hang out sometime and I give you a call..so she grabs a piece of paper writes down her number/name etc.. says alright sounds good and like plays with my hair wlaks away..
My question to you fools is she goes to college like 2 hrs away and lately I've been being a pussy with the girls. Going from like fucking 12 girls a year to like ZILCH since being cheated on....
But after tonight I get that feeling in my stomach like hey buddy you got it back start living life you fucking pussy.

Re: What an interesting night...
Just don't transfer your feelings for your old girlfriend to her, or use her as a crutch to get over things.

Re: What an interesting night...
Your post has that 'pointless drunk ramblings' feel about it.

Its not something you can just 'not transfer' or whatever you suggested. You can't control shit like that.
They are called 'emotional scars' and they affect you in fundamental ways. You can't just switch them on and off, although you can try and it will slowly make a progressive difference, after going through emotional torment, one's mind is altered right at the core.

I'm just saying I'd try to get over it by myself without getting interested in another girl first.

You forgot pointless. Pointless was the key word in that sentence.
Whoops.
