Im not very experienced with the opposite sex, im a senior in highschool and have only had 2 short relationships. over the summer I lost around 40 pounds and now weigh 170 so im feelin alot better. Recently ive been wanting a girlfriend, a cute girl has expreesed interest in me but honestly shes pretty boring and dosnt have much of anything to say most the time..So when I find the right girl to make the moves on...anyone got any tips to help me hit things off? I really dont know whats expected of the man in most relationships starting off.

To be the man. Most women aren't going to make any real moves. They might make some very subtle ones that its your job to pick up on. Those often don't come and you just have to take a chance. It isn't likely that she is going to reject you if you're alone with her outside of school.

I think you should go for the cute, quiet girl. Even if you don't see it going anywhere, it'd be good experience and just because she doesn't express herself too well now doesn't mean there's not a glowing personality under there that a bit of confidence (that she'd get from being the bitch of a top stud like yourself) couldn't bring through.

Personally I'd like to know how to find out if someone has a boyfriend without hinting that I wanna go out. Can someone help me with this?
