I had my sister come party with me this weekend at my so-called "friend's" house. Well, long story short, they got her fucked up and raped her. To top it all off, they went and did it again to some OTHER girl 2 days later.

Well me and my friends gave them an ultimatum, and they decided to let us take them off in the woods and beat the shit outta them instead of telling the cops. We then took them in the woods an beat the shit outta them and GOT THE COPS CALLED ON US!

We told the cops what they did. Now, those fuckers now have until the end of the week before they're formally arrested and charged.

Proving rape charges when there is alcohol involved and/or drugs (fucked up?) is very very unreliable.

Were the guys fucked up also? if you sleep with someone when youre both under the influence of alcohol then perhaps the next morning if you regret it an option to not seem like a slut if to shout rape.

Im not saying this is what happend, i hope if they did rape them theyre sent to prison but i wouldnt hold my breath that they will get a conviction.

We made it a point to fuck them up enough to teach them a lesson and humiliate them but not to the point where we'd catch any REALLY serious charges. It was worth it anyhow. (mental images of Josh lying on the mud crying, begging for us to stop come to mind)

I've seen before like what Jack said where what was originally consentual sex ended up as rape because the woman regretted getting drunk or coming on too hard or whatever and deciding to press charges to try and stop herself from feeling guilty.

Good thing about UK now is that if it turns out the woman was drunk or deliberately flirting, these are considered mitigating circumstances in rape cases.

My sister about 4 years ago was raped by two guys. Her boyfriend formally kicked the living fuck out of them after they were found not-guilty. I would have happily joined in but at that time I was only 14 or 15. (not exactly sure on the time-frame)

I personally would have kicked the shit out of them then called the cops on them, of course with a couple friends as my *fuck forgot the name of it...* backup, whatever to say that I was with them.
