Wow, I was /still am in a similar situation. In my case she had broken up with the guy in the beginning of the summer. Then towards the end of the summer I went on a few dates with her and whatnot. Then she told me she didn't really want to date anyone right now and wanted to avoind the stress of a relationship. So I thought I would still be friends and see what happened, mabye try and hang out ect. So 2 weeks into school she ends up dating this kid again.

Oh well. I've given up. I'm still friends with both of them too.

If her boyfriend treats her like shit than you need to make her realize it and dump him. You can always go for the "cheat on boyfriend spur of the moment fuck" but to truly have a decent relationship with her you have to make sure she dosen't have feelings for him anymore. Otherwise she'll just cheat on you/ or freak out and end it and go back to him.

That was my problem. She still had feelings for the guy even though she may have liked me as well.

Befriend her. Be her friend. Dont hide the fact that you like her. Let her know. But tell her that you dont want to ruin the relationship she has. Be noble about it.

The trick is, to spend as much time with her as possible, and to treat her better then her boyfriend does. Obviously, she's already having doubts about her relationship. All you have to do at this point is give her a better alternative. And if you can find an excuse, i.e. you're drunk or something, or you're both being overly playful, give her an innocent kiss here and again.

I ended up stealing my girlfriend away from her boy, who she was with for 2+ years. Just before she gave him her virginity, actually...

His loss is your gain.
