You don't have to get the girl off through penetration. Give her oral before or afterwards, or both. Have sex for a while, I'd say 20 mins is a good average. You don't need to be an idiot trying to fuck for 6 hours straight. There's really no need, and I know that I have more important things to do than have sex all day. So, relax and just have fun.
