I was just about to take a quick shower before meeting up with some friends. Maybe even shave and style my hair... put on some nice clothes...

Then I started thinking...

I am most successful with women when I put little to no effort into my hygiene/style.

Example 1: Last girlfriend - I was homeless and living on a friends couch. I didn't give a fuck about showering, I just spent all my time drunk. I slept in the same clothes for days. Well, that was when I met her. We were together for 7 months.

Example 2: Last time I got laid - My friend dragged me out to this club that I didn't want to go to. He bribed me with offers of drinks and whatnot, so I went. I refused to style my hair or dress up though, assuming I wouldn't run into anyone important. Well, that night some girl ended up taking me home.

Example 3: Last number I got - I was awaken at 3 pm by a friend who said "Come outside, let's go to the pub". I didn't have enough time to shower or even change clothes, so I threw some dirty clothes from my floor on. That day, I was approached by this girl and she gave me her number.

The thing is, I can't think of any cases that oppose this theory.

I have decided that there is no way this is a coincidence, as I could probably come up with tons more examples.

So tonight, fuck showering, I'm putting my scrubby-ass clothes back on and I'm not even looking in the mirror before I go out.

Anyone else notice this?

Maybe my body produces natural pheromones in my sweat?

Maybe girls can tell when I'm trying to look good?

I have no idea.

I guess there is no possible way to test this theory, as in order to test it, I would have to be conscious of it, and being conscious of it cancels out its effects.
