Like if a girl acts like she likes you she doesnt try at all to get with you. And you try to get with her and then maybe are taking things slow or whatever and she doesnt put any effort into trying to start a relationship like the guy is supposed to do everything?

I never make the first move. I always get hit on/flirted with. They put in the effort in my case, haha.

I'd also like to add, that when I like a bloke, my approach is to just start a conversation. I have no problem with approaching the man first, but if they don't reciprocate at least somewhat enthusiastically I cannot be bothered. So, just bare that in mind. If you want girls to approach you, you have at least be inclined to reciprocate their approaches enthusiastically.

And to the OP, girls put in a lot of effort. Recent events have tought me it's all a mind-fuck. The harder you try, the less interested in you they are.

Women openly make the first move, openly flirt, take relationships to the next level, etc. They do all of that. Notice I said women. Girls, they're just fucking lost, they don't know what they want and they wait for you to do everything.

Invest time in finding a woman. However they're better at mind games, so it'll be more taxing in that department.

Males are dominant and are supposed to take control. It's a benefit. If you have a strong frame you can control everything to suit you. I would never expect a girl to make a move on me. I expect them to subtley show interest however. And they do all the time.
