I recently had sex with my girlfriend after she had been using the pill for 10 days. Not the day of her period or the sunday after, she just took it once she got them. I pulled out, but I'm still paranoid. Anyone have any idea of the odds on this one. Serious answers are preffered, but if you make me laugh, then you get a cookie, and if she's pregnant, maybe the aborted fetus.

You're supposed to use a back up method for the first month that she takes the pill. As long as you pulled out, you're probably okay. Figure out what day of her cycle she's in and then look up when women are most fertile. I did this the other day, but I'll be damned if I can remember. Stupid perma-fried brain.

Edit - I was feeling nice, so I looked it up for you. Days 12 - 14 are when she's most fertile.

From sources, I've heard you should wait 7 Days before having unprotected sex, from the day she first takes the Pill. But this may be different for different brands/different generations of Pill. You should get her to check with her GP or something, because as Sick_Boy said, it could be a lot longer. (....Some people are paranoid and use condoms as well as being on the Pill. Pffftschrushcskdlf)

I've been on many different brands of the pill, and the little pamphlets inside the box all say a month.

My gf is on the pill, we always use the pull out. She has been preggy once, but somethin in her family genes makes it so its very hard for her to have a kid. Low something or rather. So its pretty awesome.
