Ok, so I don't date often. I've only been on like 5 dates at the most in my life...

I need ideas.

With girls in the past, they would just come over and we would drink/fuck/watch a movie, or any combination of the above. Or we would just chill with my friends or go to a bar/club.

I got this girls number the other day, and I know she's into me (she enthusiastically greeted me, remembering my name, after 2 years, and gave me her number within like 2 minutes).

So anyway, she's 18, so we can't go to a bar or pub.

Movies aren't good for first dates (no chance for conversation).

Coffee seems too cliche.

The weather right now is HORRIBLE. Extreme rain, so we can't do anything outdoors.

Any ideas?

Fuck, if the weather was nicer... There is so much at Stanley Park.

It's been nice warm sunny weather for months, then BAM, yesterday it just starts POURING. Like... you're clothes will be absolutely soaking wet from head to toe just walking to your car.

Do you have any museums in your area? My husband and I used to go to the Dali museum and make up hilarious stories about what the meanings were behind each one.

I highly doubt that unless you are going to one that has a lot of language, but evne then you both should be old enough to go. On top of that there would be no awkward moments of silence and you both end up having a great time.

That is probably what I'll just go with for the first date.

Then once I get to know her better, I can gauge what she might be into in the future.

I can usually come up with good ideas when I know the person. Until then, I'm usually pretty shy about my spontanaeity, as it could turn out horribly.

Horseback riding. Best first date ever. Unfortunately, the weather might prohibit that one.

Some people are afraid of horses and she might be one of them.

Quad riding>horseback riding any day of the week.

Why not just go with ridin'?

Whatever you do, don't take her 4x4ing. My b/f took me out 4x4ing before we started dating, and we almost rolled down a huge hill. Potential death = not good. Lucky for him, I was stoned at the time, and I'm very forgiving.
