Seriously, it's terrible when I'm shut away but even worse when I'm out and about working, wtf is with that? I seriously think that if I either don't get help or don't quit my job and shut myself away for good that I'm going to end up doing someone some serious harm. I keep getting this depression that comes on suddenly during the day and slowly builds up to this rage that makes me just want to beat the crap out of everything and then I feel worse for holding it in and its driving me fucking crazy.

I dont think theres a 'cure'. But I heard a study that said that an hour of exercise five times a week can be as effective as prescription medication at fighting depression.

Any kind of sport where you excercise your muscles. Your brain gives off the hormone melatonin right? i dunno what its called. Just that it makes you feel good. In german its a called a glückshormon.

It's true, I feel like God after a good work-out.

Healthy diet, regular workout schedule and proper 7-9 hours of sleep.

The workout should be 20 minutes a day, or 45 minutes 3-4 times a week.

Well I probably do "vaginal and penile excersise" 6 or more times per week...But for more like a half hour. Us people with kids have to take what we can get!

Depression is a broad term.

There are many solutions, but most likely only a few will work for you personally.

Have you tried smoking a good amount of the marijuana daily?

Do NOT use Marijuana for depression. I'm 18 years old, and I've been a daily smoker since I was 16 and a half. I've spent over 1000$ on the shit, and it is definitely not worth it. Trust me.

I can't believe people actually BUY pot. Do you know how easy it is to grow yourself?? Even I can grow it and I have like a BLACK thumb. I personally prefer to make tea out of it rather than smoke it.

Electroshock Therapy, rather complicated to master, but usually will hold up for a couple of days.

Hypnosis, you will need to go to a professional psychotrist, but it is a perment fix.

Exotic Drugs, you can find plenty of that right here on Totse.
