Happened to me before - twice. The part that rips is called the frenulum, and bleeds like hell. The first time it happened to me I was in pain for a week, and the bleeding didn't stop completely for about 4 days. Every morning at college the girlfriend would ask "Bleeding stopped?" - she couldn't even sit on me that week otherwise the bleeding got worse.
