I would say being a proper dirty old man requires one to comment in a highly sexual manner, loudly and to everyone nearby, on every woman and girl that he notices.

I'd really like to think that being 'old' was one of them. Regardless of what you consider to be 'old', 18 isn't 'old' in anyones book. Well maybe a 5 year olds book, but no one elses.
