He just called me back, the pigs were just there to give him a court date cause he violated his probation by not going to rehab. Even though I looked at his probation terms and there was not a single mention of rehab on there, so hopefully it'll be okay.

He has to go to court on Friday, which is when he was supposed to come visit me so he's better not be thrown in jail.

I think I've only ever posted one other thread about my boyfriend. I'm not worried that he's going to cheat on me, but it sounds like you might be a bit...Also, I don't think it's that emo to be worried that my boyfriend is going to jail. I don't think I'd be a good girlfriend if I wasn't worried!

I don't use totse as a blog, I post the occassional thread when I need advice or in this case, comfort. I see no one has done a search of my threads, because then you would see that I've only made like 5 threads in the past couple of months! That's hardly blogging.

As for the reason he might go to jail it's not because he's criminal or because he deserves it, it's all over a misunderstanding in his probation terms. He had a years probation because he defended himself when his friend pulled a knife on him, and since he was drunk when it happened he was supposed to go to five AADAC meetings (he's not an alcoholic though). No one told him this until a little while ago though, so he's started to go to the meetings but then all of the sudden the cops show up on his doorstop. I don't think anyone can say he deserves to go to jail over that, or that it's attention whoring that I'm worried about him because I love him.

The law does exist. When you're aware of it, and break it anyways, you deserve to go to jail. It's called consequence...something that any action carries.
