Im talking about names such as, cute, hot, sexy..Do they all mean the same thing or is there more meaning behind them. Like ive heard that if a girl calls you cute that she thinks your good looking but wouldnt take it past that(friends). But if she was to say you were hot, that means other wise.

Or does it depend on the girl and what words she uses?

Cute - face, body and personality combination is attractive and adorable to me personally in a romance/interaction sense

With me, I say attractive when its a girl with descent looks but doesnt standout..sort of plain...

then i use sexy/hot/cute/fine for everything above that.
