I think you know the answer. Technically, yes. If you like her then it doesn't really matter as long as her parents don't know/care and won't press charges.

Well one of my friends is dating a 15 year old (he's 17). Things seem fine there as far as I can tell. However last year I dated a 14 year old when I was 17. That didn't work at all. She was and still is very immature and I'm still pissed about it. The ironic thing was that for the first 6 months I thought things were going great. It took a while to realize how fucked up it all was. It took her refusing to go to prom with me because she wouldn't ask her parents for me to realize it. Anyways if she's not crazy and you like her I'd say give it a go. Just keep in mind that the whole statutory rape thing probably applies.

i got that same kind of girl last year except she was 16, when i realized how much a bitch she was i wanted to punch her in the face. but this girl is completely different from her, the only problem i can think of is the statutory rape thing,

Actually, you are just fine dating a 15 year old if you are 18. As long as you always have a 3 year split, it is legal.

Theres nothing morally wrong with it.

However, there is something wrong with it. 3 years isnt that big of a difference. But a girls mindset is a lot different at 15 then 18.

Most of the time, people dont take the advice they ask for anyways, they do what they want. They're just looking for a way to justify it. And even if you did take the proper advice, you wouldnt learn anything from it. Date this girl, that way you can see for yourself why it doesnt work.

That's pretty freaky, but we get along well, and I guess that's what matters.

The law actually varies from state to state. A person of 20 can be with an opposite sexed person as young as 14 in some states, including mine, but they have to be as old as 18 in others.

Personally, I think following the law is a good idea. You never want to go to jail. But, if you love someone, I don't think age should matter. It's just a number after all. If she's too young to be legal, then spend time together, be romantic, do all the stuff people in love do, but don't have sex. That way, you aren't breaking the law, and you still get to go out with her. It's the best of both worlds!

So, in conclusion, if it feels wrong for you, then don't do it. If it feels right, then do it. Don't let people make you think it's wrong if you don't believe it's wrong, and vice versa.

that rule is shit according to that the youngest you should go out with at 12 is 13 and at 16 it should be 15

females are on average 2 years ahead in their development at younger ages. 15+2=17, your 18... that's not really a difference is it. Course there's law's and shit, but who cares bout those anyways.
