first thing you need to do is kegel exercises. that will help you build strength of the pelvic floor mussles. next time you take a piss, pay attention to what mussles you use to stop mid-stream. when you contract and release thoes mussles it is called a kegel(when you not pissing). second, when you jerk off, as you get close to the point when it's about to happen, stop.
