My first time I lasted for 20 minutes. Just slow up a little bit right when you start to feel like you're about to ejaculate. Don't try to go too fast or it will be over in no time.

Also, masturbating beforehand will lengthen your sex but you might not be as big. It's a win/lose situation.

It's all psychological. It's true that masturbation right before (the sooner before the better as long as you can still get it up) does help you last longer. I find that if I just keep my mind on anything but the sex I can go almost indefinitely. But then again there is a tradeoff to this, as the sex isn't nearly as fun. If you simply distrupt your cycle your can last a lot longer. What I mean is, slow steady motion builds up to a climax when you come. If you just slow down suddenly and then go back to the normal pace, that will mess up the cycle enough so that you won't cum, atleast not until you build up the cycle again. Whenever you feel like you're going to cum, slow down until the feeling subsides.

Also, change positions a lot. I find that this helps me go a lot longer, plus it makes the sex a WHOLE lot more interesting. Girls love it when you mix it up and surprise them.
