whenever i think about any of my ex boyfriends this overwhelming sick-to-the-stomach feeling overcomes me and i want to throw up.

Whenever I really think about the last girl I was with (and loved), I feel sick inside...

I've found that if you really loved them, and either got hurt by them or hurt them, you get that feeling. The same comes with friends that you've lost, relatives you don't see anymore, or just anyone.

The best way to deal with it, is just to stay away from those people until you can deal with it.

That's the same thing that happens to me but the fact is she goes to the same nightclub and hangs about in the same places as me so I've swaped the sick feeling into hatred because she really fucked me up.

its not a medical condition, but rather a psychological one, which every1 experiences when they loose the person dearest to them. time is the best healer. it goes away, but can come back wen u think of them, even years after. ive felt this feelin a gd few times over my gf
