Okay, today was like any other day.. I went to meet with a resident at some condominiums who had reported a leak problem that had caused damage to the interior of her condominium. A day like any other day until she answered the door. This lady was absolutely gorgeous. I introduced myself and she showed me where the problem was, she was quite friendly and we assessed the damage caused by the water leak and at some point in the conversation she mentioned "her boyfriend" being a lawyer and being in a position to put pressure on the HomeOwner's Assoc. to get the repairs done.

Okay, so she has a boyfriend.

Next, she wants to show me another problem (leak) upstairs so we go up there and she shows me where water has been getting in and staining her ceiling in that room. There is a balcony I need to go out on to assess where the leak is coming from, but in front of the door to the balcony is a bunch of stackable storage things. We move them out of the way, and in the process of doing this somehow my hand ends up in the middle of her cleavage as she takes one of the containers.

This doesn't phase her, although my hormones are climbing through the roof at this point.

We walk out on the balcony and check out where the water is getting in from... and get to talking.. and get to talking on a more personal level. She's a flight attendant, probably for Southwest Airlines as that's 5 minutes down the road.

So she's a good-looking flight attendant.. has a lawyer for a boyfriend, and we go back outside to further determine where the problems are originating from.

During the course of this we end up talking for about 30 minutes, about all kinds of things, mainly relating to the condos and whatnot, but we click as far as just being two people talking.

When I get ready to leave I tell her we'll try to get this resolved, and in the time she sees my hand extending, she's stepping towards me with arms extended... shakes hands with me, and then follows through with giving me a hug.. her rather large breasts pressing against me and getting into my head at this point... and then we stand there and talk for about another 15 minutes, comfortably, about condos and dues and whatever...

My thoughts on leaving... she mentioned her boyfriend, which kind of puts me out... but why was she so flirtatious and touchy-feely with me? Was there some interest? Am I reaching? Is there a way I could show interest in her (to her) without making her feel I took an uncomfortable approach? Where would you go with this?

She's letting you know right off the bat that her boyfriend is superior to you in some way, shape, or form. After that, the fact that she was borderline physically flirting with you seems like she was in one of those "I'm feeling bored and lonely, let me threated a man's masculinity by suggesting that my boyfriend is better than him, and then flirt with him and see if he gets all hot and bothered."

To clarify how HOA's work, each individual homeowner has to pay "dues" that accumulate into a collective "pot" that goes to pay for exterior repairs... if the lack of exterior repairs done causes inside damage then the HOA is responsible for them. In laymen's terms, she could give a shit about saving money, she wants her condo fixed.
