So i was drinking heavily last night, and wrote a three page letter to my ex of about a year ago. SHe always told me, that what you say when your drunk is the most truth that anyone is capable of. So, I'm scared shittless of what's going to happen now. But on the other hand, it feels better to be hurting then just walking thru life like a zombie. So, I don't think anything bad can come of it. Plus, it is good to love.

With me - my drunken thoughts are usually distorted and blown out of proportion.

I'm an adult .

Alcohol is a depressant and if taken whilst in an already depressed mood will amplify the depressive thoughts ( not always but quite often ).

god, if i wrote down what i was thinking when i was drunk it would be like 4 pages of " damn some taco bell would be good right about now."

and guy above me, a depressant does not make your brain get depressed moron. it refers to the central nervous system.
