Hey everyone, well in 4 weeks im going on a holiday to central australia. Well i want to get my girlfriend a present before i leave but im not sure what. Any ideas? I was thinking jewlerry but its hard to pick for someone else. I want to spend no more then AU$200. Thanx all

Its hard to say without knowing her. Any ideas we could give you would be impersonal. It all depend on the girl. I generally think of jewelery as impersonal, but if theres a particular piece she's had her eye on or you choose a design, metal and stones that hold a special significance (buying me a platinum Hal Jordan-style Green Lantern ring with an emerald set in it for example) then it could be personal and special. I don't recommend getting just any jewelry though.

Most girls like nice smelly bath stuff. You could get her one of those cool bath set thingies. The ones with lotion, candles, bath salts, body gel and all kinds of other crazy stuff. And you could spend the rest on something bigger. Maybe take her out for the evening or something. Take her to see a movie, then go for a long, romantic walk, preferably someplace nature-ey. Then rest somewhere nice and quiet, away from everything and just enjoy each others company.

Of course you might be looking for more of a "material" gift. But it does seem like a nice way to spend some time together before you go on vacation.

Give her that cash, or just make sure you give her the recipt with whatever ou buy so she can take it back, wich she will.

Pajama's, and a blanket.

It may sound stupid but use your head, everytime a girl put's the pajama's on, or covers up with the blanket she will think of you.

And I'm sure you can get some nice pajamas and a blanket for under 200 bucks AU.

Dude you said you were going to Central Australia? I hope your not going to Alice Springs or anywhere near that. I say this because it is an absolute hole. There are people there that just shit on the side of the road and the whole place smells like shit. If you going anywhere you should head out to the Sunshine Coast. Or if you want to check out the country, Central Victoria is good. Well thats just what I think, but seeing as I live in Australia.

i also agree u do have 2 know her first but as general gifts i really agree with the pajamas as a chick i would also think about the guy everytime i put them on and u do want a girl 2 think about u when shes in bed so thats got many pluses just get her those and as he or she said (not sure) u can probably get very nivce 1s with that budget
