Man, last night I was talking to Gasso on AIM, and my ex(who lives with me) tells me that I can't smoke any more cigarettes tonight because the front door opening makes a lot of noise and wakes her up. So I decided to smoke some cigarettes in my room, blantantly ignoring her request for a smoke-free house.

Now I'm going to try to justify myself. This is my apartment. The rent is 750 bucks a month, and the leavfe is min my name. She pays 300 flat, no utilities nothing. So i thought since I have this status as the apartment owner so-to-say, that I could smoke in my room if I wanted to.

So after smoking about 1/4 of a cigarette she comes barging in and she goes "You wanna fight? You wanna fight?" So, I'm like "Nah, you said I cant smoke cigarettes outside, I'm trying to accomodate you", than she throws my computer and the moniter on the ground, and starts ripping up all my cigarettes. I say to her "I'm going to slap you". She's like "Ok, whatever". and continues ripping cigarettes. So i start lighting up the half broken cigarettes and then she rips them out of my mouth and breaks them. So, she does this with 2 cigarettes, and then I just turned around and backhanded her. She starts pushing me, and kicked me in the balls. So slammed her up against the dresser, and told her to shut up. She kept running her mouth. So I punched her in the eye 2 times, and blood started runnign down her face, and she ran away crying.

I feel like the biggest fucking dick in the world. And I asked her please to call the police because I deserved it. Now she's moving out tomorrow, and has a black eye.

I really don't know why I hit her, I mean we've had really harsh arguments before, But for some reason I was fed up.

I really don't want to see her ever again. I mean, I can't even look her in the eye. And now, I'm one of those guys. I fucking hate those guys. I'm one of them.

I'm not saying that I would, because that's gay, but you are able to commit simple battery to protect property under the law. Also, the hit you, and was ripping the cigs out of your mouth. That my friend is assault and battery. What you did is called self defense. Just because you can curl up in a ball and let a girl kick the shit out of you and destroy your property, it doesn't mean you should. In fact, anyone who lets that happen should kill themselves.

However justified it is, I would feel awful as well. I mean, I'm sure you didn't want to hurt her. Just tell her you forgive her, and tell her you feel awful about her eye, and give her a hug. She'll forgive you too. The thing is, she tested the limits of your sanity. No one should do that. So, I would probably have a long talk with her, saying how you guys never want to hurt each other again, and see if you can work it out. I feel compelled to address a couple of inaccurate legal issues:

First off, to me anyway, is seems as if the ex-girlfriend was not harmless, it seems to me she had an anger problem which can even be potentially dangerous given the right circumstances, besides, Psychotogen said he did not mean to do it, that it was more of an instinct type thing. I have respect for women, I would never want to punch one, and I usually hate people that do, although I think Psychotogen is one of very few exceptions.

Are you serious? A child? A woman comes to bludgeon you with a bat, and you run off? If you're in the same room?
