Ok all those replies were useful, but not useful enough in my eyes. Heres what I recommend, after making out for a bit, not too long though warm your hands up under his shirt. Slowly slide them down to his pants and begin undoing them while still making out. While still making out and his fly unzipped and pants undone grab hold and slowly jerk. Get gradually quicker holding your hand as a fist with the dick inside. After 40 seconds or so you want to be doing basically full speed.
