I have issues making the final part of getting somewhere with a female. I can do the initial charming and other such shit just fine, but knowing when to do something important always escapes me. I think I've missed several chances in the past week.
Any suggestions on when the time is right?

I thought that would work, but it didn't. The time is right when I realize that the time was right 5 minutes ago, but I missed my oppurtunity.
