Default Wrong reasons to be in a relationship?

There has to be some.

Lately, I've been feeling that perhaps I was wrong to be around/going out with a girl who makes me happy to be around (she enjoys my company) but it seems to go sour quickly.

I'm not afraid of commitment, I just can't see us ever working out. I don't even want a comittment. She just thinks that's the natural next level.

Worse yet, she has problems taking no for an answer; she thinks that somehow I'm still in love with her. No, I don't need a restraining order, the girl will hate me eventually. She just can't get off my nice guy side.

The number one wrong reason to be in a relationship is to relieve negative feelings you have towards yourself. If you're not happy single, the best you can do in a couple is bullshitting yourself into thinking you're happy until you completely break and go apeshit sometime down the line because you have unresolved issues with YOU...may be a few days, maybe a few weeks, perhaps years, maybe decades, but it will happen.

Other bad reasons:

Money

Housing

Impregnation

Pity

Why don't you vocalise this to her? It'd be shitty to hear, but it's better than getting strung along for a couple of months.

I agree with Skippy...Just tell her what you have told us.

Being with someone should be nice and enjoyable for both parties...If it isn't then there's no point being together!
