If you are one of the people that thinks you have to be a legal adult to buy condoms, you dont. And if they refuse to sell them to you, go somewhere else.

If you just dont have any cash, go up to people and say something like "Hi, im trying to get money for condoms. If I cant get enough money, im going to have sex anyway, and possibly spread STD's or get some pregnant. I understand if you cant spare any money, and that is ok. But if you can spare the money and just dont want to give it to me, then remember, you might have been able to save someones life from getting screwed up"

Do you live anywhere near a college? Go to the health clinic, and they'll give you large quantities for free. Some planned parenthoods charge a nominal fee, but colleges are rich, so they tend not to.

Any suggestions for homemade condoms are dumb. Condoms are CONDOMS for a reason, otherwise everyone would be stocking up on saran wrap and spermicide.
