Ok i've delt with this in the past. i've had a girl who would say "i like you and so and so, i just don't know who i should go out with"? what the fuck do i say after that. do i be the nice guy adn say "if you wanna go out with so and so go well then it's your choice i wont be upset." even tho i will be upset and she would most likley know that part is bullshit, but what's a good thing to say when a girl says that. there is a chance, i'm not sure that i will have to deal with this problem in the near futair.

I'd recommend being honest. If you're wanting exclusivity then be open about that and tell her, otherwise it will make things difficult if she's playing the field and you're not. You can always say "If you wanna go out with so and so well then it's your choice, that would bother me though because I like you a lot." Why lie, it serves no real purpose unless you enjoy playing games. IMO
