This is now the 3rd time this has happened to me, and it's been the past 3 times I've had sex too. It's a real embarrassment, and I'm tired of it happening everytime I try to have sex.

The problem is, my dick doesn't go up when I want it to. Here's yesterdays scenerio...

Yesterday I was at my girlfriends house.... we had already had sex once before this too. So, we're in her room on her floor, and shes kinda pushing her body against mine as we make out, which is totally turning me on, so I get a hard-on. But, by the time we get through all the foreplay (such as dry sex, fingering, taking off pants/underwear, etc), my hard-on has died off and I sit there limp. I try and try but it won't go back up. THe first time we had sex, this happened to me, and I had to sit there and jerk my limp dick untill it became hard, which is REALLY awkward to do in front of a girl. Well I had to do that this second time too, but it just wasn't cutting it. Finally, we decide to just try again some other time. We put our pants back on, and then I grab her again and start pulling her body against mine, which was once again turning me on. I don't know why now, but I got another hard-on. So I tell her this, so we rip off our clothes as fast as we can... I take out the condom and hold it in my hand... I still wasn't fuill hard, so I decided to jerk it a bit. My girlfriend kept telling me to just put the condom on but I kept saying "hold on.." well, my dick went back down, so I was unable to put the condom on then, so we couldn't fuck. I was PISSED. So she gave me head for about 20 seconds, and I didn't get any harder then what I was.

This is the 3rd time it's happened.... second time with her, and another time before with another girl. What the hell is wrong with me.... It cant be ED because I've had sex before that everything went perfect, and I can get hard-ons just fine when we have our clothes on. But by the time we get naked, i've lost my hardon. What should I do? Any comments?

it does sound like performance anxiety, and the more you think about failing, the more it will affect you. It's a psychological war.

In my opinion, the best way to get your mind off that fear is with a little alcohol, but you're probably underaged too.

I have had this same problem, and I have tried beating off less, that usually doesnt help to much. I guess it all depends on the situation. If you are comfortable with your girl ask her to maybe fulfill some fantasies you might have, and hopefully you'll get up enough afterwards to give it to her.
