I don't, and none of the girls I tan with do. If you're a smart kid who's tanning, you spend at least half the time with your arms above your head to avoid the delightful pale armpit problems, which would make it pretty hard to masturbate. Plus, if you get the wolff beds, which you can set to different closenesses, you dont leave yourself with much wiggle room.

If you tan a lot, the 15 minutes (or even up to 30 in certain beds) doesn't seem too bad. The tanning bed I go to has cd players for each room, as do most others, so you can listen to music while you're tanning. Or, if you're lazy like me, you can cat nap in the tanning bed.

However, the place I tan has a lot of guys that tan there, and I know at least a few of them masturbate while they're tanning (What a nice clean up for the tanning girl right?).
