last night, my and my girlfriend were in the middle of sex and i mentioned something about taking pictures of her. she was okay with it. she has never done this before. so we did it and now i have the pictures and im not going to show them to anyone. but i have been thinking, if she let me do that, she must like me a lot. she's most likely not going to fuck me over because she knows that i have the pictures.

but the question is...is it right to have the pictures for insurance reasons? that's not why i wanted to take them, but after taking them, it came to mind.

I think it's an asshole thing to do to have them with "insurance" in mind, but keeping them because you like them is completely fine. Would you use them against her if you did break up? If you care about her now, and you don't trust yourself to be able to restrain yourself from doing bad things later if you're not on good terms, then get rid of them now. If you like her, you should want to keep yourself from hurting her later.

I agree! Considering my ex flipped, he had issues he wouldn't discuss and kept pushing me away. That was okay, but when I couldn't handle it anymore and said I wanted it over, he pranked, threatened to show pics et cetera. Plus I'm shy so I'm already very hesitant with pictures.
