I was just thinking about this today. What genre of movie would you say is the best type for a first date? Horror so she gets all scared, or maybe romantic so she gets ideas implanted in her head? Comedy so she knows you have a sense of humor? Action to get her all revved up?

(I know I put all "she"s in there, but this really goes for either sex, just usually the guy makes the plans, and I didn't wanna say "he" and give people the wrong idea...)

THen, pick another movie until satisfied.

Chicks don't normally like action flicks unless they're cool or there's some pretty boy actor in it!

Romantic normally sets a decent mood for most women...The deal is usually: Flick goes on, chicks shuts up and watches, guy falls asleep, flick ends, guy pretends he enjoyed it then they go and do some other stuff!

Horror usually provokes a lot of arm grabbing and face burying if the chick is that type.

I don't usually take chicks to the pictures...We normally miss most of it!

Take her to that Hilary Duff Cinderella movie. She'll love you, I promise!

On a serious note, I would prefer to see a horror movie (cuddle excuse) but only during the day. I get scared shitless otherwise. If it's at night, just ask her what she wants to see and compromise. She probably won't want to see some retardo action movie, and you probably won't want to see some cheesy gooey romantic story, either.

i always take my dates to see sci-fi movies! I dont think they like em but who cares what they think!

im not going to spend 20 US dollars on a movie that i dont want to see!

So very true if she doesn’t mind watching porn then she will get all horny and you will end up getting some. But some girls get offended when you put on porn or just simply not interested in it.

Your best bet, find out what movies she like and go for that gender. Romantic movies will do you good because when they make out in the movie she is going to wanna make out too.

This must defintivly change from person from person. I use comedy! Make her laugh!

You'll most likely not jump into bed with you straight after the movie, but i think you'll get it back in long term.

Whenever she thinks about you then she thinks FUN.... That has to be great.

But i use comedy because thats what im best at "using" for my advantage.

OTher guys might get that old horror thing to work where she crawls into you arms in horror but i never could get that. Maybe its just me.

Something romantic, or with an interesting, dramatic but not stupid story. Suspenses are rad, along with horror films. Comedies are cool.

Romantic comedies are my suggestion.
