You know, I hadn't realized it, but that's pretty much what I do with my girlfriend. Exactly, minus the "they'd look better in a pile on the floor" cliche, but besides that pretty much described my exact actions.

As for the original post, dealing with people who are extremely self concious for a serious relationship in the long run ain't worth it.
