when they're too long, and when you put a condom on, some pubes get under the base of the condom, so when you take it off, you have to rip out some pubes in order to get the condom off

I put duct tape on my pubes once, and pulled it off as quickly as I could. I did that on webcam for a few people. I'd say my pubes annoyed me a lot then.
