You really just have to experiment for yourself. I taught myself all I know, and I can do it fine now. If you want to do it fast, then go for it, but trust me.. if she's anything like my g/f where the first 10 or so times she takes 20-30 minutes, you're not going to want to be going all out from the start as your arm will cramp, and she won't orgasm at all.

Just experiment. Search google for tips if you really need it, but I personally don't think it's neccessary.

Nope you never stop, you just keep going alittle slower, but enough to keep her orgasim flowing. You keep it up until.....
