If this comforts you The doc told me that it was my epididimis or someshit like that lol and its a fairly big lump and i asked 3 friends aboutit and they said they all have the same thing so i hope that puts u at ease but if ur still worried really go c the doc. Funny thing is i noticed that if i jerk off alot it gets bigger if i dont spank off alot it goes smaller very wierd but doc did "its your epididimis many males get worried about it but some males are just different and dont have it as big as yours dont worry its very commen even if somebody tells you different the epidimis verys in size and is different sizes on all males"

My friend had something like that. It ended up being a hernia and he had to get surgery. Either way you might wanna have it checked out by a doctor seeing as there's a chance it might be cancer.
