On my right nutsack, the acutally ball inside seems to be 'broken' like their are two seperate parts.

One is the larger main, and then closer to my body slightly to the left is a smaller one. Could this be anything I should see a doctor about? I cant remember it been any different or anything ever though.

I'm not sure, but due to the sole fact that I'm not sure, I'd suggest you see a doctor.

did you notice this before? was that nut at one time whole? did something happen to that area that might explain it? is it sore orswollen?

im with rabbi, goto a doc. but, i wouldnt be worried, its prolly just a birth defect.

in the case it is, i suggest you get a blood test for total and free testosterone. your nuts are where over %90 of test is produced, and if that nut is more or less dead or underproducing, you may need to go on hormone replacement therapy when you get older for quality of life purposes.

sex drive can/is/will be affected, depending on that activity of the remaining nut, as well as recovery from strenous activity like exercising etc etc.

depending on your age this may not be a concern at this time, but i still suggest the test. if you have one normal producing nut, and one non functioning or barley functioning one, you could end up being hormonally older than your age come 18-20. beleive me, you dont want to be in your 40s living in a 20 year old bod, for health and life reasons.

Uh, I dunno about you, but I'd be damn happy to be living in a 20 year old bod when I'm in my 40s.

Well considering the testicles themselves are near indestructible, it's hard to imagine them breaking in two, or apart. I don't want to alarm you, but if you're feeling a lump in that general area, it could be cancer. I suggest going to the doctors.

Hm, it's either totally natural or cancer. I've never heard of anyone around here having your scenario but I think people do soemtimes have misshapen balls. Kinda like misshapen tits. Check with your doctor.

Might be two balls. Just an idea.

I had the same concern once...

It was after Tom Green had testitcular cancer and I became graveluy concerned for my balls. I felt around down there and I felt what felt like exactly what you saud: two balls. At the time I was in seventh grade and thought for a second I had cancer and I got kind of paranoid, except that I remembered from health class that the "second nut" is actually a tube that carries jizz to your stalk. Check a health book sometime if you want to be absolutely sure, but I'm almost certain it's that tube ;-)

I'm pretty sure its not cancer, its been in this condition for as long as I can remember. Thats why I'm thinking its a from birth type thing but if I cant find any information I'll look into seeing a doctor.

I'm 16 by the way, I've had sex and it seems everything is working fine.

it could also be a cyst totaly harlmess unless it grows bigger then u may need to get it cut out but if you had sex and its fine and its been there a while it should be ok but go to the doctor and find out if u are unsure
