Default My name is Justin, and I am a feminist.

I'm going to keep this concise (as I tend to ramble a lot, a habit I picked up for writing essays with minimal effort).

I am a feminist in that I like women more than men. Well, you might say "lol justin u nub ur a guy, obviously you like women more". I mean I like women more than guys, in every single aspect I can think of.

I can talk to women more freely, which is a big one, as I don't really talk to people a lot. I can talk to them about my problems (don't mistake me for an angsty guy, but we've all got our problems) a lot more effectively than with guys.

The other big one is the lack of that almost subconscious sense of "competition". I don't know about you guys, but it always feels like when I talk to guys (most, again, none of this is 100%) I'm competing for their ears, or trying to speak better than them, or do something better than them. This is never present when I talk with women.

Now there's the small, obvious ones. Women are better-looking than guys - while I can find some guys attractive, I consider myself straight and as such would rather be talking to someone pretty than a guy. Women also, as a general rule, are better groomed than guys (a value I hold in very high regard); I don't like associating myself with slobs. On the same note, women have a better fashion sense. Always a plus; one benefit of society's pressure on women to "look good", is that many of them know how to dress.

What do you think?

I think you got this one wrong, mate. You may like women more, but that doesn't make you a feminist. That makes you a hetero. (Don't get me wrong, I understood what you meant by "like women more", I'm just making a point.) Feminism is about equality and rights, not about personal preferences and personal choices in regards to reltionships, platonic or otherwise.

The definition of feminism is: Belief in the social, political, and economic equality of the sexes.

As stephanina said, you're confusing the term feminism with your preferences of who you feel more comfortable associating with. I would 99.9% of the time prefer to be in the company of females also. It's just that I'm a horny bastard and they are more communicative.

In your case, after following your "anal stimulation" thread, I'd have to say if you could hook up with a girl that was into "strap-ons" you'd have a match made in heaven.

I think I just creamed my pants after reading that. You've unwittingly come across one of my fantasies, hah.

OK yeah I got the word wrong, but the point still stands.

I don't think you're alone there. A lot of people are just about pre-programmed to be more comfortable with the opposite sex. I get really uncomfortable and competetive and weird around girls. I much prefer to be around guys. Most girls I know feel this way as well.

I like associating with slobs, and therefore prefer the company of men. Women tend to be more uptight than men, and I feel life's too short for that.

I have known some cool women who weren't slaves to fashion and what is socially acceptible, but they are few and far between.

Elaborate; one-sentence responses don't make anybody happy. No I am not just hitting puberty (I'm almost 17).

Perhaps you misunderstood? I'm not just now becoming interested in girls (if that's what you were trying to imply), I've pretty much felt this way since I was 13 or 14.

It was a reflection on your age vs your experience. Posting such a , oh how should I say this, run of the mill personality like your the only one like this.

Lets look at your post:

1.You talk about your problems with females more than you do with males.

-I could go into the whole subconscious reasoning behind this, but im going to the army tommorow and could use some sleep.

2.For some reason you feel like your competing with other guys.

-Because you are.

3.Women are better looking than guys.

-Yes, yes they are.

Nothing new or special. Wow these cookies are making me feel like shit, i seriously think im about to puke.

Man, Mookie, if I were as outrageously verbose as I am now, I'd have fucking run through HS English like a fork through that guy on CSI: I gave minimal effort when it mattered most. And now, I post pages-long diatribes about how horny I am.

Growing up: Isn't.

Oh, and my name is Thomas SpicnamethatbeginswithC, and I am a raging lesbian trapped in a man's body.

A strap-on it ain't, suffice it to say.

Well thanks. I guess. I don't like the tone you take in your posts (this seems to be a universal thing and not just towards me), it just seems so condescending and rude. But I wasn't aware this was a normal thing (I don't really talk to people a lot). Have fun learning how to kill people in the army.

Infra: one thing puzzled me. "Growing up: Ain't". WTF? That line is vague enough to be in Ulysses.

Whitey nailed it, as he sometimes does - He and I just get into flamewars, mostly, but we shouldn't. Nice job.

You might also say that it means that "growing up" is just a misnomer: It should be growing older, growing taller, growing wiser, growing intellect - but immaturity never leaves a soul. One just learns to temper it...And sometimes, don't bother to, hence my "I'm so fucking horny" post of yore and the way I still want to put on a suit and expensive sunglasses, whip out two Beretta handguns - one in each hand - and blast away, and take a picture, even at 26. Perpetual temperance makes life boring. Besides, I like to think it might help SOMEONE to know that it's possible to be 26 and unmarried, and jacking your meatcannon to pictures of Aria Giovanni, as opposed to well into living the American Dream.

Heh, and suffice to say, Whitey and I are both condescending assholes. But Mook, you know it's just sometimes-brutal honesty (but mostly free-spoken thought with a little flair - fuck off, life's been a little less than copacetic so far =P), coming from me, and directed at you. You'd know if I was hating on you.

It can be highly ingratiating, I know: That's why I do it; as for Whitey, he can give his reason if he likes, I ain't going to speak for him. Ingratiating, but one also sooner forgets a soft and uninteresting "there, there" than an incendiary, genuinely pissed-off-human reply.

Been forever since I've had those fuckers, my friend; I loved them. My last batch was of around 30 of the golden-shelled 40MG'ers, purloined from the storeroom near the ER, originally brought in with an OD'ing old lady. Lightning won't strike twice. Man, even through all the shard, I miss opiates. And the Sleep of the Angels. And even the itch. Now all I get is cold hands, visible ribs and auditory hallucinations of people having sex.

sigh.

And I gotta go, now; should be around again in a day or two. Mail if you like; you know where to find it. Take care, and uh, if given the chance, just don't fuck with speed. I'm fine now, but I'll lose myself and then my life if I keep this up. With your pharma-smack, you'll just lose your hearing. Sorry; medical man and caring person talking here. But you don't need any mothering. Later.

As an unrelated side note, I am EXTREMELY horny, and, strangely, I'm kind of fantasizing about nailing LostCause really, really good. That would be quite the entheogenic experience. My Rod Can Fuck The Shit Out Of Your...Pod. Or something.

Hey: It ain't embarrassing at all, because it's Losty I'm talking about here. Being single is kind of sucking, though.

Flames are coming, but fuck it. See above sentences.

I would SO pull that blonde hair.

Anyway, night. God, I'm crashing, and have to drive: That fucking sucks. By the way, no driving on opiates, Mook. Just humble advice.

Stop, you're seriously making me drool. I don't drive, anyway. Gee whiz this topic has turned into a PM conversation. Maybe someone wants to get it back on topic.

I was actually thinking about trying meth, but I guess I'll take it from you not to. I'd only want to snort it though - no smoking or IVing. Also I'm fat so wouldn't it give me a heart attack or something.

what you think is reality. how youre dealing with it shows alot about you.

as men, we are natural adversaries. i could beat you up and steal your food. or steal your woman. your shelter. in thw wild, before modern civilization, you didnt see alot of men hanging around fucking off and destroying shit. you stayed with your family till you were wise enough to feed yourself, and then you went out on your own for the sole purpose of surviving and fucking. then you started your own family.

as we grew more intelligent, we learned to lean on each other for more ambitious goals. males naturally gravitated to one another because of our ability to do hard work and labor, and to fight. thats why the only women in the early days of the old west were whores.

well, we are past the dark ages. there is no more exploration for the overwhelming majority of us. so now what?

well, we drink together. hunt and fish. and other usual modern male activites. and i enjoy that.

but i dont want to hear about a pals broken heart. ive been there and im not re-living it through him. then what? philosophy? news? sure maybe. after high school, the main purpose of male buddies are 1. backup in a fight. 2. knowing that we are both more or less as slutty as the other. there will be no judgment if he fucks some skank from me. maybe some ballbusting, but thats it.

but as far as 'sharing life' or stuff, not interested. sure, i have that capacity, but it seems weak to me.

which leads me to you: you sound weak or wimpy. heres why: you should want to do those things. are you really living if you arent? are you going to remember some possibly deep talks when your 50? gonna lok back and slap your forehead over making some big breakthrough? id say not.

not every relationship you have, particularly a friendship, can or should be emotional or emotionally fullfilling. go grab metallicas 'Of Wolf and Man' off kazaa or your p2p of choice. life, for men, should be about exploration, domination, and seeking out. other men are great for that, especially those about your age and expirieance level.

but hey, i could be wrong, and maybe my life is a tragedy.

Let me conclude Women's Studies for you...they will talk about all sorts of useless shit to hide the most blatant and blaring fact about women: They are self-loathing.

Once you know women are self-loathing, every single mystery that pussy boy bitch men whine about become apparent and you see why women act the way they do...why they are overtly emotional, why they eat shitty foods when they're depressed, why they dig gold, why they become shells of a human when their kids move away from home, etc. With the realization that women are self-loathing, they are as easy to understand as men.
