beer makes me really fucking horny, but it seems to make it a bit harder to actually get an erection. someone told me that they have also heard of alcohol making it harder to get an erection, is this true or what?

Very true, for me anyway.
Alcohol thins the blood, making it harder to maintain/acheive an erection.
