Okay, I have these nasty ass pimple, red mark things all down my back, it's so fucking sick. theres like a hundred of them, there not full pimples i would say but ehhh it's ahrd to describe them if a pimple were an M&M these would be M&M mini's.

AS you can guess it's not very attractive, my skin is fucking white as hell, i shower every day..yes i use soap you fucks.

I was wondering what i could do to get rid of these, im 19 and ive had them for as long as i can remember, i heard Salt water helps, and that tanning will make them go away but im not sure.

It's a problem becuase obviously it turns girls off, seeing a mass of little red dots, do you guys know of anything that can help me out?

^^^heh. Tanning doesn't sound like too bad of an idea. You should pick up swimming. Just go swimming as often as possible. Not only will you get in great shape, but you'll get tan. Try it out.

I'm willing to bet that the chlorine in the pool will also help. Maybe, instead of just soap, you should use Clearasil body wash or some junk that helps with backne. If worst comes to worst, just see a dermatologist. They'll probably just give you some really strong ointment that'll burn like hell (and eventually get rid of the pimples).

try after you clean yourself, whipeing rubbing alcohol all over it

You need to use something kinda rough to scrub that area when you shower and it should help. Although it may be kind of tough with them being on your back, so I hope you have a close friend.

are they actually pimples, can you pop them?

A friend of mine had red dots all over his skin when he was a little kid and it was some kind of skin condition.

You'd probably be best of seeing a dermatologist.

Yea i cant really pop them, they look like small pimples, but arent big enough to pop. for the msot part, but there kinda mixed in. It' like they start out small then grow. I'll try the stuff you guys mentioned.

Alcohol won't help. That's for oily skin so you don't get blackheads and blemishes.

These are pimples and some are just red dots. My younger brother has them on his tricep.

Tanning can help tremendously. The vitamin D is good for your skin. Exfoliating sounds like it wouln't hurt and sea salt makes sense. You might want to try scrubbing them with a loofah.

If all else fails, go to the doc. The dermatoligist isn't usually expensive, it won't hurt to go and find out what it is.

Keratosis somethingsomething. I have it too. The white stuff in the "pimples" is just accumulated skin oil. Basically the bumps are just hairs trying to grow, but your skin is so thick/dry that it attaches to them and hence raising it up. Skin oil can't escape, therefore producing the white heads, making you think they're zits. Pop them all you want, they don't spread.

Use Urea cream, you can purchase it a nearby pharmacy. It's a really effective moisturizer and loosens up the bumps. Doesn't eliminate them all, but it does cut down the number.

It goes away in your 20's I believe. Talk to a dermatolagist/doctor about it, they're very helpful.

Do you shave your back? If so, then they are probably ingrown hairs.

There seem to be two kinds of Pimples. The more obvious pussey Staph Bacteria infection & the less talked about less obvious * Whitehead *.

I have not found a lot of info about these White*/Keratosis(sp). I have heard that using

a Loofa for exfoilation is good - I've never done it often enough to see - also there may be some perscription medicine.

I have heard that the medicine works against a * Virus * that is present in these Whiteheads.

I find it weird that they hardly ever get an

Obvious bacterial infection. I guess that's good, but viruses are harder to treat.

I look at women's bare backs for pleasure & to see how Whiteheads affect them.

Heey I think I have what you're talking about. Except instead of on my back they're on my arms, on my back, and to some extent on my chest. Went to see a dermatologist and he gave me some pills and a wash and its almost all gone on my arms and chest, just not on my back cause I cant reach it. Going back on Tuesday to see what else he can give me.

I got the same problem on my arms. So did my dad. Dermatologist said the dead skin didn't go away fast enough and the new skin caused it to look like I got pimples or some shit, it was confusing. Said it was something you just gotta outgrow.

I have never had a pimple anywhere on my body. But I just got a huge one on my ass and it hurts like hell. I just thought I would share that with all of you fine people.
