My opinion:

1.)Talking/hanging out with her in itself is not wrong.

2.)Girls will talk, I don't think you'll be able to hide your relationship with her from her family/friends.

3.)If you started a relationship with her now, thats a whole FIVE years till she's 18. What does this mean? If anything for some reason goes wrong or happens within 5 years from now, you could potentially be going to jail. Can you guarantee that you can keep everything perfect till then? I don't know of anyone who can.

Sorry to be pessimistic(sp?), but i just don't think the risk is worth it.

It's not statutory rape just to hang out with her, but in all 50 states it becomes statutory rape if you touch her "sexually". Different states have different definitions for that, and they're quite specific. It doesn't matter that you're under 18 as well. If it's consensual, the biggest allowable age gap I've seen is 3 years (and not a day more), and that defense may only be used if she's over 15.

I kinda have the same thing going on over in my neighborhood, except Im 16 and they are all 13. I decided not to do a damn thing until they were at least 17. 2 of them are hot but thats just too young, not fully mature yet (not saying I am) and they are just dumb lil girls.
