doggy for the first time is a no-no. It allows for deeper penetration. Missionary or spooning is best for a first timer. Spooning doesnt allow as deep of penetration of missionary does. But missionary provides of sort of secure and intimate feeling.

No. Some dont, if your new to sex then its most likely you wont, you will feel shy. Ive found that as girls get more confident in the sack, they get nosier.

Can't say I've read that book, but I used to have a roommate who owned it. She was a retired schoolteacher. Her skin was coming off of her feet in huge, dry, infected chunks.
