Could be that you're misinterpreting "really fucking horny". How do you know she is? Does she say so? Assuming she indeed is "horny" she may need the right handling to become "aroused".

Dehydration is common this time of year, so inadequate fluid intake could be the cause. If she's on birth control pills, that's another possibility. Some other types of medications such as anti-depressants also have dryness side effects.

As far as medical problems, probably not, other causes are likely, but I'm not a doctor.

If a girl claims to be really horny, there should at least be some amount of wetness down there. If she was bone dry then maybe she was lying to you.
