So, with two people involved who are just starting with sexual activities - just light stuff, like kissing and feeling... how would a session "end"?

I mean, say, the two are kissing and such for a while... there wouldn't be any "climax", really. Just seems like an ending would be kind of "random", just suddenly stopping... awkward. What usually leads up to a smooth "ending" in that situation, in your experience?

Assuming there're no distractions and the two don't plan on going any farther at that point, that is.

I see how that could be awkward. With my girlfriend, usually one of us just kind of stops and the other is usually able to tell when this happens. We usually look each other in the eyes and lovingly talk afterwards. It seems to work alright to me. It's just what has always naturally happened so it might seems weird for other couples, but it works for us.

Make-out sessions are usually interrupted... by moms, the phone, friends, little brothers and sisters... in other words they wouldn't naturally end by choice and would essentially result in orgasm were it not for the interruption... and (from my experience anyway) make-out sessions will just continue, going further and further until that interruption takes place. Yeah you can decide that you're only going so far, but left to your own devices, and in the heat of the moment it's just not bloody likely. The ultimate goal (instinctually) is to get your rocks off, why stop when it's getting good?

what i think many people here need to know is there is no one way when it comes to love. you have to go with the flow. if you feel the awkward, seems to me you aren't ready. me and my wife have never had an awkward moment, even before being married. i always felt comfortable around her. i guess you just got to find the right one.

I think it should end with gradually shortening kisses, then stopping and snuggling. Or it can end with a grope. THat's always a fun one.

No it wasn't awkward. It's just that I felt like he was expecting me to do something. And then later on when he talked he asked me if I thought he was a good kisser. I thought he was the best (that I've had) and I was quite surprised that he hadn't realized that I was really enjoying myself.

This is a good question. I can't recall ever voluntarily "ending" a "make-out" session. They've always been forced to end due to time constraints (curfews, commercial break over, that sort of thing.)

These are the only ways makeout sessions have ever voluntarily ended for me. Except that they didn't really end. More of a "hey, the pipe has come to me" then hit, pass to person you're making out with, they hit, they pass, making out resumes.
